Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, documentation, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation (attendance, leave, offer letters, etc.).
• Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Assist in payroll processing and maintaining statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and compensation.
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and team-building events.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and analytics as required by management.
• Ensure smooth exit formalities for outgoing employees (exit interviews, F&F, etc.).

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
