HR Executive

As an HR professional, you will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies and procedures. Your role will involve managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. You will be maintaining employee records and updating HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing employee benefits and compensation packages, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees. Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations is crucial in this role, along with preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field is required. Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, and being detail-oriented with the capability to prioritize tasks are also important qualifications. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time. The work schedule is during the day shift, and fluency in English is preferred.
