HR Executive

Key Responsibilities: · Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews. · Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. · Conduct orientation sessions and ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization. · Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees. · Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment. · Organize employee engagement activities to enhance morale and productivity. · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. · Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. · Administer employee benefits programs and ensure timely processing of payroll. · Maintain accurate employee records and handle legal HR matters. · Generate HR reports and analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making. · Provide administrative support for HR-related activities and projects. · Maintain HR documentation and manage HR systems. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry. Skills: · Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. · Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. · Strong organizational and time management skills. · Fluency in professional communications.
