Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management & Follow-ups (ID Card vendor, Insurance, Recruitment consultants, etc.)
  • Managing Recruitment Support and Coordination
  • Onboarding formalities (documentation, induction, system updates)
  • Exit formalities (resignation process, FNF coordination)
  • Employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Sending joining & resigning information to respective regions/departments
  • Attendance compilation and reporting
  • HRMS data management & record keeping
  • Conducting HR Induction for new joiners
  • Supporting day-to-day HR operations and compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist profile
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (Recruitment, Onboarding, Exit, HRMS handling)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • MS Excel: 1 year (Required)
