Role Overview: As an HR Executive/Manager at Avis Hospitals, your primary responsibility will be to oversee human resource operations ensuring smooth workforce management, employee engagement, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Your crucial role will involve recruitment, training, employee relations, and policy implementation to support the hospital's growth and maintain a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of healthcare professionals and support staff. - Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations. - Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally. - Conduct training and development programs to enhance staff skills and performance. - Implement performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives. - Coordinate with department heads to address manpower planning and workforce needs. - Ensure workplace safety, health, and employee well-being programs. - Foster a positive work environment that aligns with the hospital's mission and values. - Maintain HR reports, analyze workforce trends, and support decision-making. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: MBA / PG in HR, Human Resource Management, or equivalent. - Experience: 2-5 years (HR Executive), 5+ years (HR Manager) in healthcare, hospitals, or related industries. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, healthcare HR policies, and statutory compliances. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospital environment. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
