Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Health Insurance Sales Process.

Source, screen & shortlist candidates via job portals, social media & employee referrals.

Conduct telephonic, video & face-to-face interviews.

Handle bulk hiring for telesales & DRLP positions.

Build & maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring targets.

Execute employee engagement, onboarding & HR operations smoothly.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 years proven experience in hiring for International BPO / US Telesales process.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Deep understanding of sales-driven hiring dynamics.

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines & handle pressure.

Strong networking skills for bulk & target-based hiring.
