Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Executive / HR Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
  • Prepare job postings and handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Manage onboarding formalities — offer letters, joining documentation, and induction programs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
  • Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.

3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance

  • Track attendance, leaves, and overtime records accurately.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for payroll processing.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, etc.).

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

5. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing appraisal processes and goal-setting activities.
  • Maintain performance records and follow up on evaluations.

6. HR Administration

  • Prepare HR reports, MIS data, and maintain personnel files.
  • Support audits and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in HR.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, payroll tools, etc.).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role (with occasional visits to factory or site if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
