Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Handle hiring for diverse roles, including healthcare, sales, marketing, hospitality, and admin profiles.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and ensure timely closure of positions.

2. HR Operations

Prepare and maintain employee records, offer letters, contracts, and other documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee database.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

Conduct induction sessions and ensure a 0smooth onboarding experience.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.

4. Compliance & Policy Management

Ensure HR policies and statutory compliances are adhered to.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies as per company requirements.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
