Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Handle hiring for diverse roles, including healthcare, sales, marketing, hospitality, and admin profiles.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and ensure timely closure of positions.

2. HR Operations

  • Prepare and maintain employee records, offer letters, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee database.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Conduct induction sessions and ensure a 0smooth onboarding experience.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.

4. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure HR policies and statutory compliances are adhered to.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies as per company requirements.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
