You will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role will work closely with the HR team to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
2. Employee Relations:
- Handle employee queries and concerns
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement
- Assist in resolving conflicts and grievances
3. Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with benefits policies and procedures
- Communicate benefits information to employees
4. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations
- Assist in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with company policies
5. HR Operations:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist in HR data analysis and reporting
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the HR department
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR or a related field
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
