Travel Requirement: Frequent travel within and outside the city as per project needs

Job description :

1. Job Purpose

We are looking for a Management Consultant (HR) who will be responsible for providing expert consultation to clients, implementing effective systems, and supporting organizational improvements at client sites. This role involves direct interaction with management teams, conducting process analysis, and ensuring smooth execution of strategic plans.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Visit client locations to assess business needs and recommend HR & management solutions
• Implement HR systems, SOPs, and processes as per client requirements
• Provide management consultation for workforce planning, policy implementation, and performance management
• Act as a liaison between our firm and client management teams
• Prepare and present reports on system implementation progress
• Support change management initiatives and staff training programs
• Ensure timely project delivery and maintain client satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of HR practices, compliance, and organizational processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills for client relationship management
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client assignments
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently

Other Details

• Travel: Mandatory, as per client projects (expenses reimbursed as per company policy)
• Reporting To: Project Manager / Senior Consultant
• Work Environment: Professional, fast-paced consulting environment

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
