Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Payroll processing and compliance management
• Employee engagement and grievance handling
• Performance management coordination
• HR operations, policy implementation, and documentation
• Coordinating with leadership and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of HR experience
• MBA in HR or related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with a proactive approach
