HR Executive (Generalist)

As an HR Executive at our ladies kurthis manufacturing and wholesale business in Market Road, Ernakulam, you will play a crucial role in managing the employee life cycle, training and development, and ensuring employee happiness. With a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, you will be responsible for executing various HR functions with a focus on organizational effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop job descriptions, source and shortlist CVs, conduct interviews, and oversee induction and orientation processes. - Formulate and implement HR policies to enhance organizational effectiveness. - Design and execute Performance Management systems, conduct Salary Appraisals, and handle Exit interviews. - Manage the filing of statutory returns such as ESI, PF, WWF, PT, and ensure compliance with all other legal requirements. - Address and resolve employee grievances to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. **Qualifications Required:** - Demonstrated experience in HR functions. - Proficiency in statutory return filings and compliance. - Strong skills in MS applications, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Effective leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and management capabilities. - Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Textile/Garments/Apparels industry. In addition to a competitive salary range of Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 35,000, you will also receive benefits such as ESI, PF, Paid leave, National and Festival Holidays, and a Yearly Bonus. This full-time position is exclusively for female candidates below the age of 35 residing in Ernakulam, committed to working for at least the next year. **Additional Information:** Health insurance and Provident Fund benefits are available, and you will have a day shift schedule with a yearly bonus.
