About the Role We are looking for a proactive and organised HR & Admin Executive to support our people operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across the company. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain employee records, coordinate HR processes, and help build a positive, engaging work culture. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Operations, Creative, and other functional roles. Source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines. Manage onboarding formalities, ensuring new hires have a smooth start. 2. HR Administration & Record Keeping Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files. Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and ensure records are accurate and up to date. Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation at all times. 3. HR Policies & Work Culture Support implementation of HR policies, code of conduct, and company guidelines. Help foster a positive, inclusive, and fun work culture through engagement and communication. Assist in maintaining discipline, professionalism, and healthy work practices. 4. Payroll & Coordination Coordinate monthly salary inputs with the management or finance team. Assist with confirmations, salary revisions, and HR documentation. Ensure timely submission of required data for payroll processing. 5. Employee Engagement & Office Events Plan and execute monthly engagement activities, team-bonding events, and small celebrations. Maintain a birthday/celebration calendar and ensure timely arrangements for special days. Come up with creative ideas to improve employee morale and team spirit. 6. Communication & Employee Support Address basic employee queries related to HR, policies, attendance, etc. Escalate sensitive or complex matters to senior HR/management when required. Ensure smooth internal communication across teams and maintain transparency.
