Responsibilities include:
- Employee recruitment, onboarding, retention & exit formalities
- Monitoring and controlling attendance, salary, PF, ESIC, P-Tax
- Employee Leave Record
- Administrative duties & office event management
- Managing employee relations and grievances
- Handling performance management & incentive
- Conducting training & development
- Safety concerns and ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit.
- Monthly visits to our branch offices in Assam
