Job Title: Executive- Human Resources & Administration

Department: Human Resources
Work Experience: 1-2 Years.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Any Graduate

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

The Executive Human Resources will be responsible for executing HR strategies. This role executes all HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits and compliance. The HR Executive will ensure a positive work environment that adopts employee engagement, productivity and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Management:

• Follow the Designed Screening System.
• Execute recruitment and onboarding processes to Close Vacant Positions.
• Stabilize Recruitment Process.
• Strict Adherence to onboarding Process.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

• Execute employee satisfaction and engagement program.
• Act as a mediator in conflict resolution and employee grievances.
• Follow Employee Retention Program.
• Execute Employee Engagement Event List.
• Making Office Environment Cohesive

Compliance & Administration:

• Maintain employee records and handle disciplinary procedures.
• Should know how to operate Payroll Software & Ensure Errorless Payroll Process & HR Compliances (PF/ESIC/PT Etc)
• Coordinating with agencies for Solving IT & office equipment Related issues.
• Ensuring Office Cleanliness
• Ensuring timely payments of AMC/Electricity/CUGs/Grocery & other admin related Supplies.
• Guest Management.
• Ensuring Timely Compliance Payments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
