Job Description

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Identify manpower requirements for sales, warehouse, logistics, and support staff.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
  • Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.

2. Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Monitor attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in preparing salary inputs for accounts/finance department.
  • Ensure timely resolution of employee payroll queries.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Organize training, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain healthy communication between management and staff.

4. Compliance & Record Keeping

  • Maintain employee personal files, records, and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
  • Assist in audits and statutory documentation.

5. HR Operations & Administration

  • Draft HR letters (appointment, confirmation, warning, termination, etc.).
  • Manage exit interviews and full & final settlements.
  • Support management in HR policies, procedures, and performance appraisals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
