1. Recruitment & Staffing Identify manpower requirements for sales, warehouse, logistics, and support staff. Prepare and post job advertisements, screen resumes, and conduct interviews. Manage onboarding and induction of new employees. 2. Attendance & Payroll Support Monitor attendance and leave records. Assist in preparing salary inputs for accounts/finance department. Ensure timely resolution of employee payroll queries. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Organize training, workshops, and employee engagement activities. Maintain healthy communication between management and staff. 4. Compliance & Record Keeping Maintain employee personal files, records, and databases. Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, etc. Assist in audits and statutory documentation. 5. HR Operations & Administration Draft HR letters (appointment, confirmation, warning, termination, etc.). Manage exit interviews and full & final settlements.
