As a Recruitment & Staffing professional in this role, your responsibilities will include: - Identifying manpower requirements for sales, warehouse, logistics, and support staff. - Preparing and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. - Managing the onboarding and induction process for new employees. - Monitoring attendance and leave records. - Assisting in preparing salary inputs for the accounts/finance department. In the area of Employee Relations & Engagement, you will be expected to: - Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. - Organize training, workshops, and employee engagement activities. - Maintain healthy communication between management and staff. When it comes to Compliance & Record Keeping, your duties will involve: - Maintaining employee personal files, records, and databases. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, etc. - Assisting in audits and statutory documentation. For HR Operations & Administration, you will be responsible for: - Drafting HR letters (appointment, confirmation, warning, termination, etc.). - Managing exit interviews and full & final settlements. - Supporting management in HR policies, procedures, and performance appraisals.
