HR Executive (Female)

You will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes. This will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial HR screenings, scheduling interviews, negotiating job offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding. Additionally, you will be required to maintain and update recruitment databases and reports. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, you will also be involved in generalist HR activities such as coordinating and conducting onboarding and induction programs, addressing employee queries and grievances in a timely manner, maintaining employee records and HRMIS systems, supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures, assisting in performance management processes and appraisal cycles, ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (such as PF, ESIC, etc.), and organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications. This role requires a candidate with 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, and the work location is Yeshwanthpur, Chennai. It is a full-time job that will involve working in person.
