Job Description

As an HR professional in our company, your primary responsibilities will include: - Recruitment & Onboarding - Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates in both India and the UK. - Manage job postings, candidate communication, and offer letters. - Conduct employee onboarding and induction for both regions. - HR Operations - Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and compliance documents. - Handle attendance, leaves, and timesheet tracking. - Policy & Compliance - Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Indian labour laws and assist in adhering to UK HR practices. - Assist in audits, policy documentation, and regulatory filings. - Employee Engagement & Relations - Address employee queries, grievances, and support performance management. - Organize internal events, surveys, and engagement activities. Qualifications Required: - MBA in HR or related discipline. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in MS Office and HR tools/software. - 1 year work experience Preferred Skills: - Experience with UK recruitment or HR compliance is an added advantage. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. - Flexible to work with international time zones when required. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and paid time off. The work location is in person.,
