HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and payroll management. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups)
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Manage job postings on portals and social media
• Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and pipeline

HR Operations:

• Maintain and update employee records
• Handle onboarding and induction process for new joiners
• Manage employee queries and resolve basic HR-related issues
• Support in documentation, HR letters (offer, increment, relieving), and compliance

Payroll:

• Collate and validate attendance, leaves, and overtime data
• Coordinate with the finance team/payroll vendor for salary processing
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR (recruitment, operations & payroll)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HRMS tools or Excel for basic data handling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
