Job Description

We are looking for an HR executive to join our IT company. An ideal person will be responsible for handling the recruitment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
  • Negotiate employment offers and coordinate the onboarding process.
  • Process the documentation & background verification of new joiners.
  • Coordinate with the hiring manager to understand the job requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience is required in a recruitment role.
  • If you have experience in an IT recruitment role, it will be preferred.
  • Comfortable using the job portals & social media for sourcing the candidates, like Indeed, Job Hai, and LinkedIn
  • Immediate joiner are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
