Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR professional to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and support training and placement activities. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with students, faculty, and corporate partners. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for faculty, counselors, and support staff. Coordinate placement activities: interact with companies, schedule interviews, and support student career services. Maintain HR records, payroll inputs, and employee documentation. Handle employee onboarding, induction, and engagement activities. Support college and industry tie-ups for internships and placements. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices. Assist in training needs identification and support development programs. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR (freshers with good communication skills can apply). Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations. Excellent communication, organizational, and networking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
