Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Collaborate closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and drive talent acquisition strategies. Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Implement and oversee employee engagement activities to build a strong, positive company culture. Handle payroll processing, attendance management, and leave tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies. Support the performance management process, including facilitating appraisals and feedback sessions. Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to the startup environment. Organize training and development programs to support employee growth and development. Ensure compliance with labor laws and other regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and procedures. Proficiency with HR software (HRIS, ATS) and MS Office tools, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
