HR Executive

Location: Corporate Headquarters, Gurugram, Haryana

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated HR Executive to join our Corporate Headquarters in Gurugram and support HR operations for our projects in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) industry. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience, who have excellent communication skills and an academic background in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction of employees across corporate and project sites.
• Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll support.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate employee engagement programs and training activities.
• Support grievance handling and serve as the first point of contact for HR queries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 0–2 years of HR experience (freshers with strong communication skills encouraged to apply).
• Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals (recruitment, compliance, payroll basics).
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
