Roles & Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Employee Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed from day one.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, assist in payroll processing, and handle basic HR documentation.
• Policy Implementation: Help communicate and implement HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Creator Support: Collaborate with the creator management team to address the unique needs of our creator partners.
• Feedback & Improvement: Gather employee and creator feedback to suggest improvements in HR processes and workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR internship/experience are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for the creator economy and interest in AI is a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ahmedabad Jivrajpark, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
