Job Description

  • Review job descriptions to identify essential skills, qualifications, and experience for each role.
  • Candidate Sourcing:

    Leverage a variety of sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, cold calling, and referrals to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct Interviews:

    Lead initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination:

    Organize and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Salary Negotiation:

    Handle salary discussions and extend competitive offers to selected candidates.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Design and implement strategies that improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Record Keeping:

    Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, interview notes, and recruitment outcomes.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company HR policies, labor laws, and industry standards.
  • Retention Strategies:

    Contribute to employee retention through career development programs and efforts to reduce turnover.
  • ISO-Certified Processes:

    Follow ISO-certified recruitment procedures to maintain consistency and uphold high standards.
  • Onboarding:

    Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
  • Experience:

    3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with a demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.
  • Skills:

    Proficient in HR software, job portals, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance:

    Knowledge of ISO-compliant recruitment procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Communication:

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organization:

    Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Confidentiality:

    Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
