Job Description

Education: B.Com, B.M.S., or Any Graduate Skills: MS Office, attendance/payroll management, recruitment, bulk hiring, and employee relations/grievances. Experience: Fresher/Experienced  Responsibilities:  1. Has relevant experience in HR recruitment and employee management. 2. Excellent understanding and knowledge of the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing,      interviewing, salary negotiations, and offers. 3. Follow up with the candidates. Ensuring that the candidates are joining on time and generating offer and appointment letters. 4. Has experience in using Job Portals and online sourcing.  5. Keeping track of and reporting daily employee attendance and EOD reports. 6. Handle employee grievances and execute employee engagement activities along with maintaining HRIS. 7. Has to report to the manager every day regarding the recruitment and employee grievances daily.
