As an HR Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various human resource functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Recruitment & Onboarding: - Sourcing and screening candidates through different channels. - Coordinating interviews with hiring managers. - Managing onboarding and orientation processes for new employees. - Employee Records & HR Administration: - Maintaining and updating employee records and databases. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. - Employee Engagement & Relations: - Supporting employee engagement activities and initiatives. - Addressing employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures. - Assisting in resolving employee relations issues. - Performance Management: - Coordinating the performance appraisal process. - Supporting goal-setting and employee development activities. - Training & Development: - Organizing training sessions and workshops. - Maintaining training records. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role. - Familiarity with HRMS or HRIS systems is a plus. - Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Laptop Mandatory.
