HR Executive

Position: HR Executive

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: Indore, MP (Remote/Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions and be eager to learn and grow within the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Conduct employee inductions and maintain personnel records.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Address basic employee queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Support employee engagement activities and monthly team events.
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance/feedback records.
• Help with performance review documentation and follow-ups.
• Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and internal guidelines.
• Maintain and update HR databases and generate regular reports.

Requirements & Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in core HR functions
• Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, and payroll basics
• Good understanding of HR tools, systems, or databases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach to tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in HR software/tools or labor law compliance (preferred but not mandatory)
