Job Description

We are looking for a proactive professional to manage client acquisition and end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international staffing services. The role involves sourcing, onboarding, client coordination, and ensuring timely, compliant delivery. Strong relationship management and the ability to identify growth opportunities are key.

Adaptability Responsibilities Acquire manage clients (domestic/international). Lead end-to-end recruitment onboarding. Maintain client relations delivery. Negotiate SLAs ensure timely hiring. Identify growth opportunities. Minimum bachelor s degree.

2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.

Hands-on experience with recruitment portals Familiarity with compliance processes and documentation in staffing. Nice to have Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Excel.
