HR Executive

Hiring for HR Executive by Astr Defence, an award-winning Indian Defence Manufacturer, pioneering advanced weapons for our Armed Forces.

Qualification : Degree / Masters Degree.

Experience : At least 2 years in Human resource handling in manufacturing industry.

Basic skills required --- Fluent English, strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership qualities, Interpersonal skills, Time Management.

Job requisites --

* Participate in Hiring process including posting the requirement, screening the applications, scheduling the interviews, conducting preliminary rounds, follow Standard operating procedures for onboarding and training for new employees.

* Payroll, PF, ESI management.

* Supervise and manage External Support Staff.

Duty pickup bus is available for staff from Hubli to factory.
