Should have experience in VMC and CNC Machine Supervision. Job Summary: The CNC Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the machining department, ensuring that production runs efficiently, on schedule, and to quality standards. They will manage a team of machinists and machine operators, coordinating workflow, troubleshooting machine issues, and optimizing processes. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field. 2-5 years of experience in CNC machining and supervision. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
