Responsibilities:
· Generate CNC & VMC programmes for all machines
· Educate operators on any queries
· Must have fluency in Master CAM Software
· Ensure proper cleanliness and maintain the CNC & VMC shop floor.
· Planning scheduled maintenance for all machines
· Responsible for all the manpower in the CNC & VMC Department, which includes the complete hiring process
· Maintaining the quality of machined parts as per the drawing
· Identifying opportunities to optimize machining processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency
· Maintaining accurate records of production metrics, machine maintenance, and employee performance
· Responsible for maintaining tools, inserts, cutters record in the shop floor
· Developing fixtures to optimize the machining process and reduce cycle time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹30,500.00 per month
