Understanding of G-code programming for both VMC and HMC Proficiency in reading and interpreting G-code or M-code instructions. Basic knowledge of CNC programming techniques for both VMC and HMC Operate CNC machines to perform milling, drilling, tapping, and other operations. Ability to load and unload materials or workpieces, ensuring they are securely placed on the worktable. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform operations like drilling, tapping, milling, and face milling on different surfaces of the workpiece. Work with automated systems and robotic arms (if available) for loading/unloading parts to increase machine utilization. Given that HMC machines can handle more complex parts faster, operators must ensure that the machine is running at maximum efficiency.
