Job Responsibilities: Operate tablet compression machines as per SOPs. Set up machine and change punches & dies for different products. Check tablet weight, hardness, thickness, and appearance during production. Record production and in-process details in batch records. Identify tablet defects like capping, lamination, sticking, and inform supervisor. Clean machine and area before and after batch completion. Follow GMP, safety rules, and housekeeping (5S). Meet daily production targets with minimum rejection. Qualification & Experience ITI / Diploma / 10+2 (preferred) 1–3 years experience in tablet compression (pharma) Basic knowledge of tablet compression machines Skills Required: Ability to operate compression machines Basic troubleshooting knowledge Can read and follow SOPs Willing to work in shifts Team player
