Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Operator at Unitech Workholding Systems Pvt. Ltd., located in Rajkot. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery, ensuring accurate setup and calibration, inspecting products for quality assurance, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Other day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to all safety protocols and production guidelines. Qualifications Experience with machine operation, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measurement tools Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and time-management skills Physical stamina to operate machinery and stand for extended periods Adherence to workplace safety standards and protocols Prior experience in work-holding systems and fixtures manufacturing is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a vocational or technical certification in machining is preferred
