As an HR Executive specializing in Labour Law compliances, your role will involve overseeing HR compliances across various locations in Pithampur. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high-quality facility management services for leading industries in Mandideep, Pitampura, Dewas, Sehore, and other areas. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and well-maintained environments for our esteemed clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possess excellent command over Excel/Word and formulas - Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Labour Law compliances, preferably with a BBA or MBA degree - Conduct HR Compliance audits effectively - Have a strong command of the English language - Ensure proper filing of workers" documents and maintain Workmen Register at various locations - Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports diligently **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3 years of total work experience in HR Executive roles or similar - Willingness to travel up to 75% - Graduation in BBA or MBA would be an added advantage In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will also be responsible for preparing daily and monthly MIS reports, ensuring compliance with Labour Laws, and maintaining accurate worker documentation at multiple locations.
