HR Executive

Job Title : HR Executive Location : Anvi Newborn and Child Hospital, Ranchi Job Summary : Anvi Newborn and Child Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Executive to manage all human resources activities and foster a positive work environment. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and contribute to organizational development. Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding. Handle employee relations, ensuring workplace compliance and addressing any grievances. Develop and implement HR policies in accordance with hospital standards. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and productivity. Monitor employee performance, conduct appraisals, and manage disciplinary actions when needed. Maintain employee records, leave management, and handle payroll queries. Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital regulations. Organize staff engagement activities and initiatives for a healthy work culture. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the healthcare sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Perks : Competitive salary.
