Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive & Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role will focus on the entire recruitment cycle, employee onboarding, and support key HR functions like employee engagement, documentation, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Source potential candidates using various channels (e.g. job portals, social platforms, referrals). Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage offer letters, negotiation, and onboarding processes. Maintain and update recruitment metrics and databases. HR Operations: Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs. Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation. Support the payroll and attendance processes with accurate data inputs. Handle routine HR queries and resolve employee grievances professionally. Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring policy compliance. Help coordinate employee engagement and training initiatives.
