Role Overview

HR Recruiter specializing in Non-IT Sales hiring

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for Non-IT Sales roles (field sales, inside sales, business development, channel sales, corporate sales, etc.).
Understand role requirements and create targeted
job postings
.
Source candidates from
Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media
, and internal networks.
Screen resumes, conduct
initial HR screening
, and evaluate candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage
offer negotiation
, documentation, and pre-joining engagement.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Ensure a seamless
candidate experience
and maintain a strong sales talent pipeline.

Required Skills

1–3 years experience in
Non-IT Sales hiring
(must).
Strong understanding of sales role KPIs, field requirements, and market behavior.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage high-volume hiring and tight timelines.
Proficient with MS Excel and recruitment tools/portals.
