We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team at PropertyXpo. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, preferably within a fast-paced sales-driven environment. You will work closely with department heads to attract top talent, manage HR processes, and support a dynamic workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
  
• Coordinate walk-in interviews, hiring drives, and campus recruitment
  
• Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and documentation
  
• Drive employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives
  
• Support performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback processes
  
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations
  
• Generate HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, and attrition
  
• Address employee queries and manage grievances effectively
  
• Assist with training and development programs across departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred)
  
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR generalist or recruitment roles
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficient in HR software tools, job portals, and MS Office
  
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently
  
• Prior experience in real estate or sales environments is a plus
