Role & responsibilities

identify Hiring Needs:
Recognize and define the vacant position and the skills required.
Detail the responsibilities and qualifications for the role.
Source Candidates:
Begin the search for potential applicants through various channels.
Screen and Shortlist:
Review applications to identify the most suitable candidates.
Interview and Assess:
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and competence.
Make an Offer:
Present a job offer to the selected candidate.
Onboard:
Complete necessary joining formalities and integrate the new employee into the company.

Talent Acquisition

Employee Relations:
Addresses employee concerns, handles investigations, and promotes a harmonious work atmosphere by resolving conflicts and ensuring fair policy enforcement.
Benefits & Compensation:
Administers and communicates employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Training & Development:
Identifies training needs, coordinates workshops, and supports professional development initiatives for employees.
Performance Management:
Assists with performance evaluations, provides feedback, and helps set goals for employees.
Policy Enforcement

&

Legal Compliance:
Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintains compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
HR Support:
Serves as a primary resource for employees and management on various HR-related matters.

Skills & Qualifications

Broad HR Knowledge:
A comprehensive understanding of multiple HR functions.
