3. Key Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition (60%)

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for technical, operational, and support functions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify manpower needs and prepare annual manpower plans.
  • Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, and campus placements.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Facilitate

    onboarding and induction programs

    as per ISO and EHS standards.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and

    ISO documentation for HR processes

    .
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio) and report monthly to management.

B. HR Operations, Generalist & Compensation & Benefits (40%)

1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Support and verify

    monthly payroll processing,

    ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage statutory deductions and filings –

    PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus

    , etc.
  • Administer

    employee benefits

    – group insurance, attendance incentives, shift allowances, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to

    statutory norms under the Factory Act and labor laws

    .
  • Manage

    Full & Final settlements

    , leave encashments, and salary revisions.
  • Prepare

    C&B reports, analytics, and MIS

    for management and audit purposes.
  • Support in

    annual budgeting and CTC structure

    for different levels.

2. Generalist HR & Compliance

  • Maintain employee personal files, service records, and HRMS data integrity.
  • Assist in

    performance appraisal cycles

    and maintain appraisal documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external

    statutory and ISO audits

    , ensuring HR compliance documentation.
  • Support in drafting and updating HR policies in alignment with ISO and organizational objectives.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions as per company policy.
  • Plan and conduct

    employee engagement, training, and welfare programs

    .
  • Maintain ISO-compliant HR records (Forms, Reports, SOPs, and Registers).

4. Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in

    Human Resources / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management

    .
  • 3–5 years

    of experience in HR within a

    manufacturing/plant setup

    (preferably steel, aluminum, or ferro alloys).
  • Strong working knowledge of

    C&B structure, payroll management

    , and

    statutory compliance

    .
  • Familiar with

    ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 HR documentation requirements

    .
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, Excel, Zimyo

    , or similar HR software.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities.
