Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage both human resources and administrative functions in our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and possess strong organizational skills to handle day-to-day office administration.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related communications.
  • Support employee engagement activities and handle basic employee queries.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office operations and maintenance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service agreements.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for staff when required.
  • Maintain inventory, asset records, and ensure timely servicing.
  • Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR or Business Administration preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in combined HR and Admin roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment cycle and HR processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software/tools.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
