Position Overview

We are looking for an RFP Analyst to manage the complete lifecycle of U.S. government and private procurement opportunities in the EV charging industry, including full turnkey solutions and cloud-based charge management (SaaS). This role involves identifying opportunities, managing proposals, maintaining procurement portals, and keeping bid related data accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and evaluate opportunities from PlanetBids, Bonfire, SAM.gov, OpenGov, CEC, BidPrime portals and etc.

• Register and maintain company profiles, vendor registrations, and compliance documents on all relevant U.S. e-procurement portals.

• Monitor daily bid alerts, share relevant opportunities, and maintain an internal tracker with deadlines, requirements, and status.

• Review RFP, RFI, and RFQ documents to understand scope, compliance requirements, and evaluation criteria.

• Prepare compliance checklists, timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to develop winning proposals.

• Work with engineering, operations, software, finance, and legal teams to gather technical, commercial, and legal inputs.

• Draft, edit, and format proposal responses, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and professionally presented.

• Maintain and regularly update the proposal content library, company credentials, certifications, and project references.

• Manage clarifications, addenda, and communications with procurement agencies during the bidding process.

• Perform compliance and quality checks on all proposals before submission.

• Track bid performance (win/loss ratios) and generate periodic reports for management. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 25 years of RFP/bid management experience, preferably in EV charging infrastructure or SaaS.

• Experience with PlanetBids, Bonfire, SAM.gov, OpenGov, and BidPrime portals.

• Knowledge of full turnkey EVSE deployment (design, permitting, installation, commissioning). • Strong skills in data management, proposal coordination, and compliance review.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with proposal automation tools.
