Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. This role will focus primarily on recruitment while also supporting executive and administrative HR functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized and has a passion for finding and onboarding top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting on relevant platforms.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and recruitment reports.
Assist with onboarding activities, including offer letters, joining formalities and induction schedules.
Coordinate HR processes like attendance tracking, leave management and HR communications.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
