The ideal candidate is proactive, organized and has a passion for finding and onboarding top talent. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments. Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting on relevant platforms. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and recruitment reports. Assist with onboarding activities, including offer letters, joining formalities and induction schedules. Coordinate HR processes like attendance tracking, leave management and HR communications. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field. 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Create wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, ensuring smooth collaboration and developer handoff. Conduct user research, usability testing and feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall user experience. Ensure design consistency across platforms by maintaining brand guidelines and design systems. Design high-quality e-commerce UI elements, graphics, icons and visuals using tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, focused on user engagement and conversions. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques and technologies, taking initiative to research emerging tools and user behavior patterns. Required Skills: Proven experience in UI/UX design for both web and mobile applications. Strong proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping is mandatory. Hands-on experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or InVision. Experience in designing E-Commerce platforms with a focus on user experience and conversion optimization. Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy. Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript for design handoff and front-end collaboration.
