Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Coordinate with departments to ensure timely HR documentation and compliance. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate employee data. Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare HR-related reports as required. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant HR experience. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
