About the Role

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions
Handle
onboarding, documentation, background checks, and induction
for new hires
Track
attendance, leaves, and timesheets
, and maintain accurate HR records
Plan and execute
employee engagement activities
, team events, and celebrations
Address employee queries, grievances, and conflicts; escalate when required
Draft and update
HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documents
Coordinate
payroll inputs, confirmations, and appraisal documentation
Support daily HR operations and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

13 years of experience in
HR operations or recruitment
Good understanding of
hiring processes, job portals, and HR tools
Excellent
communication skills
– verbal and written
Strong
organisational, documentation, and coordination skills
Ability to handle employee queries with
confidentiality and professionalism
Comfortable working from office and collaborating with multiple teams

Nice to Have

Experience in
IT recruitment
or tech hiring
Basic understanding of
payroll processes
Experience in
event planning
or employee engagement activities
Familiarity with
HRMS tools
such as Keka, Zoho, etc.
